Transitioning to entrepreneurship, Dora served as CEO at Mageba Megalight and Engineering (MME), a thriving engineering company, while concurrently establishing NL Projects and Construction.
Her strategic prowess and sales proficiency elevated both companies, securing partnerships with major corporations like Exxaro, Sasol, Transnet, and Anglo American.Committed to empowering others, Dora expanded her expertise into life coaching, obtaining certifications as a Life Coach NLP Practitioner and Professional Facilitator.
